Monopoly
If you're a fan of this classic Board Game, but can never find anybody who's willing to trade
properties with you, you need look no further than this excellent download. All though the rules
are slightly different in this game to the original, landing on your opponent's property with a
hotel on will still leave you in deep financial trouble!
The game allows for up to 8 players, each of which can either be computer or player
controlled; and controls in the game are a combination of simple keys and the mouse. Games tend
to be over fairly quickly, mainly due to the computer controlling the money, which means no one
can cheat or even bend the rules a little - if you're bankrupt, you're out! I found on average
though, games lasted about 30 minutes, and the victories were spread evenly between the players.
I would have liked to have seen the property names on the actual propeties on the board, and
I thought that Trading could have been made easier; but these are only minor quibbles in a game
which is otherwise brilliant. Animated cards, dice and tokens, along with realistic sounds, and
a small download size make this game a must for all fans of this game. Even if you're not a fan,
download this game and change your mind!
